Somehow, it’s already December. As the days get colder and shorter, we’re looking for ways to feel festive and warm. Naturally, many of our traditions involve good food, family, and great drinks.
In the years since Jeptha Creed began, we’ve been developing and collecting food and drink recipes. We’re all about making old favorites new again, so we love putting a spin on classic recipes by infusing them with our spirits. To kickstart your holiday season, we’ve compiled some of our favorite wintery recipes. If you make them, make sure to tag us on social media!
Bourbon Balls
First up, a Kentucky classic. This bourbon ball recipe was submitted by Chef Joshua Moore of Volare Italian Ristorante. It calls for a dough of Jeptha Creed Straight 4-Grain Bourbon-soaked pecans, powdered sugar, and butter, surrounded by rich bittersweet chocolate. Our mouths are watering just thinking about taking a bite!

Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie
If you love bourbon and chocolate, you’ll also love our bourbon chocolate pecan pie. It looks impressive, but it’s fairly simple to make. Delicious, rich, and perfect for the holidays, serve this pie alone or with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Cinnamon Baked Apples
Looking for something a little lighter? Simply bake fresh apples with spices, butter, and some of our Cinnamon Moonshine, and enjoy.

Bourbon Cornmeal Christmas Cookies
Santa Claus has a lot on his plate on Christmas Eve, but he won’t say no to adding something else if it’s this delectable cookie! Jeptha Creed Straight 4-Grain Bourbon and Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar blend with Bloody Butcher cornmeal to create a distinctively Jeptha Creed cookie. Enjoy dipped in milk, or a hot toddy.

Creed Christmas
Searching for a little something special to sip while watching your favorite holiday movies? Look no further than the Creed Christmas. Perfect if you’re not much of a bourbon drinker, this nectar-like concoction calls for Jeptha Creed Apple Flavored Vodka and pecan and hazelnut liqueurs. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for a velvety dessert cocktail.

Jeptha Winter Spritz
If you’re going to have a few adults around during the holidays, making a batch cocktail is an easy way to ensure that everyone gets to enjoy a delicious beverage with their holiday meal. Our refreshing Jeptha Winter Spritz calls for vodka, a cranberry/rosemary simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and a sparkling brut rosé.
