Love Is In The Air: Valentine’s Day Dinner

Valentine’s Day should be about spending time with the person you love and not stressing about it. We curated some simple recipes for you to share with that person, or make together! We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and are able to enjoy some delicious food and drink along the way.

Love Is In The Air Tonight 

Ingredients:
1.5oz Jeptha Creed Honey Flavored Vodka
.5oz Raspberry Liqueur
.5oz Simple Syrup
.25oz Lemon Juice
One Dash Ne Oublie Dandelion Bitters

Directions:
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into coupe glass. Serve straight up, no garnish.

 

Spicy Vodka Alfredo

Ingredients
Jeptha Creed Hot Pepper Vodka (to taste)
1 Pack Fettuccine Noodles
1/2 Cup Butter
1.5 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced
.5 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
.5 Teaspoon Salt
.25 Teaspoon Peper
2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Boil water in large pot and add fettuccine noodles until soft. Add butter and cream to large skillet. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Whisk in garlic, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute. Add crushed red pepper and hot pepper vodka and simmer. Whisk in parmesan cheese until melted. Drain noodles and add alfredo to pasta to enjoy!

 

Bourbon Chocolate Strawberries

Ingredients
Jeptha Creed Straight 4-Grain Bourbon
Baking Milk Chocolate
Strawberries

Directions:
Wash and dry strawberries. Prepare a parchment-lined baking tray to place the dipped strawberries on. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir in bourbon to taste and add consistency. Drip strawberries in melted chocolate. (If you want to add extra toppings like nuts, coconut, etc do so now). Lay strawberries on prepped baking sheet and put them in the fridge to harden.
