Deviled Eggs

PREP TIME: 35 minutes

SERVES: 6

YOU’LL NEED:

  • ½ tsp Jeptha Creed Original Vodka
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • ½ tbsp finely diced shallots
  • ½ tasp olive brine
  • 1 tsp chopped cocktail onions
  • 1/8 cup chopped green olives
  • ½ tsp cilantro
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Salt to taste

PREP:

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash. Add the mayonnaise, olive brine, vodka, and the shallots; Mix well. Place the egg mixture into a pipping bag and pipe mixture back into the eggs. In a small bowl mix together all of the topping ingredients and disburse evenly atop the eggs.
