YOU’LL NEED:

½ tsp Jeptha Creed Original Vodka
- 
6 hard boiled eggs
- 
3 tbsp mayo
- 
½ tbsp finely diced shallots
- 
½ tasp olive brine
- 
1 tsp chopped cocktail onions
- 
1/8 cup chopped green olives
- 
½ tsp cilantro
- 
½ tsp lemon zest
- 
Salt to taste
PREP:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash. Add the mayonnaise, olive brine, vodka, and the shallots; Mix well. Place the egg mixture into a pipping bag and pipe mixture back into the eggs. In a small bowl mix together all of the topping ingredients and disburse evenly atop the eggs.
