WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 oz Jeptha Creed Original Moonshine
1 oz Honey
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Bitters
1 Egg White
PREP:
Add all the ingredients together in a shaker tin. Shake with ice. Carefully strain out the ice and shake again vigorously. This step helps create the foam from the egg. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
