Here’s How We Raise a Little Hell
Guests are invited to witness our process of Single Barrel Selection. A knowledgeable tour host will guide you on a brief tour of our distillery followed by an introduction to the philosophy of the Nethery Family. Guests will then learn about how our Master Distiller, Joyce Nethery, chooses Single Barrels and categorizes each by flavor profile. Following this, guests will be given an opportunity to thieve directly from a barrel and sample three cask strength bourbons from distinct flavor categories, using sensory items to enrich your understanding of their flavor profiles.

Here’s How We Raise a Little Hell
Our experienced tour host will introduce our ‘Farm to Glass’ philosophy, revealing how bourbon begins before the barrel – with carefully cultivated grains. Guests will receive a walk-through of our production and learn about the crucial role of heirloom corn in our process. While learning about the agricultural history of heirloom corn, you will sample through a homemade heirloom cornmeal cookie and a showcase of our heirloom spirits to truly taste the difference our farm-raised grains make. This experience is capped off with a cask-strength pour directly from a barrel, chosen exclusively for this experience by our Master Distiller.

Take a tour through Jeptha Creed’s production area and learn the intricacies of making bourbon. Our knowledgeable guide will educate you on how we use bloody butcher corn and all-natural ingredients to create our ground to glass spirits. Adult tour comes with sampling of spirits.

Here’s How We Raise a Little Hell
A way to experience Jeptha Creed when you are short on time. Our spirit tasting allows you to learn about our Jeptha Creed family and includes quarter ounce pours of three of our premium spirits. Once you have completed your spirit tasting visit our cocktail bar and retail space for all of your product/cocktail needs.
